Tour to Shanghai City Centre

The conference day. It's held at International Conference Centre, University of Shanghai. The location is about 15km from the hotel. The conference venue was awesome.

On the first day arrived, I spent some time to view around. I choose to take a look at Daning Botanical Garden ... Daning, the location of Four Points Shereton Hotel is about 7km from the Shanghai city centre. Limited English speaking among local, makes me uncomfortable to go far beyond my hotel. I'm bit frustrated as my Canon camera out of batteries. So I snap the photos using my HD handy cam (Sony HDR-SR1) still photo function to record the views ... Alhamdulillah I still get what I want.

Alhamdulillah, my PhD journey has took me to Shanghai. Just 3 days after 1 Syawal, I depart to China biggest economy city which also known as the New York of China. I spent 4 days in Shanghai (17-21 Oct 2007) for Global Communication & Development Conference to present part of my PhD thesis.

Fizikal University of Queensland memberi konotasi 'terbuka'. Indah, inovatif, kreatif, menyokong ... itulah antara sifat fizikal UQ.

Anak-anak cukup gembira dan puas hati bila bertemu dengan kangaroo. Siap nak bawa balik buat 'pet' lagi.

Sepanjang tahun lepas, Ariff hanya 3 hari tak ke sekolah ... demam. Since the first day at school, Ariff never reluctant to go to school. Almost one and half year at Ironside State School, he really enjoy at school.

Kali terakhir ibubapa Malaysia Ironside State School anjurkan BBQ ialah pada hujung Summer yang lalu sekitar bulan Feb. 2007. Kali ini kami berBBQ di Sir John Chandler Park, Indooroopilly pula dalam Winter.
